Find out where your ad budget is leaking, for free
Send me your Google Ads or Meta Ads account and I'll personally review it. You'll get a written summary of wasted spend, tracking gaps and the fixes most likely to lower your cost per lead.
Six areas where budgets usually leak
Every audit is done by me personally, not by an automated tool.
Wasted spend
Search terms, placements and audiences you're paying for that never convert.
Conversion tracking
Whether Google and Meta are counting real leads and sales, or optimising on bad data.
Account structure
Campaigns, ad groups and audiences that compete with each other or split budget too thinly.
Bidding and budgets
Whether your bid strategy and budget split match your goals and cost per lead.
Ads and creative
Copy, offers and creative fatigue, and which angles are worth testing next.
Landing pages
Whether the pages your ads point to match the promise and make it easy to enquire.
A clear, honest report you can act on
- A written summary. Clear findings in plain English, not a 90-page automated export.
- Prioritised fixes. What to change first, second and third, ranked by likely impact.
- Quick wins. Changes you can make straight away, whether or not we work together.
- An optional walkthrough call. A 30-minute call to go through the findings and answer your questions.
- HighBrand searches are being claimed by Performance Max, so Search reports look weaker than they are.
- HighThe lead form conversion fires twice, so Google is bidding on inflated results.
- MediumThree Meta ad sets target overlapping audiences and are bidding against each other.
- MediumThe best-performing ads have run for over 90 days without new creative.
- LowAd copy doesn't mention the offer shown on the landing page.
