Google Ads and Meta Ads management, on the platforms where your customers buy
Google and Meta are the core of most accounts I run: Google captures people already searching for what you sell, and Meta reaches the people who will buy but aren't searching yet. Where your customers spend their time elsewhere, I add TikTok, Snapchat or LinkedIn. You work with me directly, not an account manager passing notes to a junior.
Google Ads and Meta Ads, managed properly
Most of my paid media work runs on these two platforms. Explore each one in detail, or keep reading for how I plan and run paid ads across every channel.
Google Ads
Capture people already searching for what you sell, with Search, Performance Max, Shopping and YouTube.

Reach buyers on Facebook and Instagram before they start searching, with lead generation and sales campaigns.
Explore Meta Ads managementDoes this sound familiar?
Most of the ad accounts I'm asked to look at have the same handful of problems. None of them are fixed by spending more.
Talk it through- You spend every month but can't say which ads produce paying customers.
- You're on a platform because a competitor is, not because your buyers are there.
- Leads come in, but most are the wrong people or never answer the phone.
- Your reports are full of impressions and reach, with nothing about cost per enquiry.
- Tracking is half set up, so the platforms are optimising on bad data.
What's included in ads management
Every account starts with the plumbing. If tracking is wrong, every decision made after it is wrong too.
Tracking and conversion setup
Google Ads conversion tracking, GA4 events, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, plus TikTok and Snap pixels where needed, checked end to end before any budget goes live.
Google Ads
Search, Performance Max, Display and YouTube campaigns with tight keyword control, negative keyword lists, remarketing and ad copy written for intent.
Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
Lead generation, sales and awareness campaigns with audience and creative testing built in, so the account learns what works instead of guessing.
TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn Ads
Added when your buyers are there: TikTok and Snapchat for younger, discovery-led audiences, LinkedIn for B2B and professional decision makers.
Platform and budget planning
Budget split across platforms based on how your customers research and buy, then moved monthly towards whatever produces the cheapest quality leads.
Creative direction
Ad angles and briefs based on what the data shows, plus design and video through my creative service if you need it.
Weekly optimisation
Budgets, bids, audiences and ads adjusted every week against cost per lead and cost per sale.
Reporting you can read
A monthly report covering spend, leads, cost per lead, lead quality and what changes next month, across every platform in one place.
The right platform mix for how your customers buy
Google and Meta form the base of almost every plan. The rest depends on your buyers: who they are, where they spend their time and how long they take to decide. I'll recommend a mix on our first call, and I won't push a platform that doesn't suit your business.
Google Ads
Captures existing demand. Search, Performance Max and YouTube put you in front of people actively looking for what you sell.
Best for: Urgent and high-intent services, local businesses, training providers and e-commerce.
Explore Google Ads managementMeta Ads
Creates demand. Facebook and Instagram reach people before they start searching, using interests, lookalike audiences and retargeting.
Best for: Courses, local services, visual products, events and instant lead forms.
Explore Meta Ads managementTikTok Ads
Short-form video for discovery-led buying, where people find products while scrolling rather than searching.
Best for: Younger audiences, beauty, fashion, food and consumer brands.
Snapchat Ads
Full-screen vertical ads reaching younger audiences who are often harder to reach on other platforms.
Best for: Under-25 audiences, apps, events, food and local offers.
LinkedIn Ads
Targeting by job title, industry and company size. Clicks cost more, but lead value is usually far higher.
Best for: B2B services, recruitment, professional training and high-value offers.

The first four to six weeks are about finding the audiences and messages that convert, so expect deliberate testing.
Optimise and scale
Budget moves towards the platforms and campaigns that produce leads at the right cost, and away from those that don't.

Is this the right fit?
A good fit if you are
- Service businesses, training providers, clinics, salons and e-commerce brands that need leads or sales
- Businesses with a monthly ad budget ready to invest and test
- Owners who want honest numbers and a clear plan, even when the news isn't good
- Teams with someone who can follow up leads quickly
Probably not right for
- Anyone expecting guaranteed results in the first week
- Businesses without a clear offer or a way to handle enquiries
- Budgets too small to give the platforms enough data to learn

Frequently asked questions
Should I run Google Ads or Meta Ads?
Google Ads reaches people already searching for what you sell, so it suits urgent or high-intent services. Meta Ads creates demand among people who aren't searching yet and works well for visual offers, courses and local services. Most businesses get the best results from both, but I'll tell you honestly if one is enough.
Do I need TikTok, Snapchat or LinkedIn Ads?
Only if your buyers are there. TikTok and Snapchat work well for younger, discovery-led audiences and consumer brands. LinkedIn suits B2B, recruitment and professional training, where a higher cost per click is offset by a much higher lead value. I add them when the data or your audience supports it, not by default.
How much should I spend on Google or Meta Ads?
It depends on your cost per lead and how many leads you need. As a starting point, the budget should be enough to produce at least 30 to 50 conversions a month so each platform has enough data to learn. On a free call I'll give you a realistic figure for your sector and goals.
How quickly will I see results from paid ads?
Google Ads often produces enquiries within days because people are already searching. Meta and other social platforms usually need a two to six week testing phase before cost per lead settles.
Do I keep ownership of my ad accounts?
Yes. Your ad accounts, pixels and data stay in your business's name. I'm added as a partner or user, so you keep full access if we stop working together.
Can you take over campaigns another agency set up?
Yes. Most accounts I take on already exist. I start with an audit, keep what's working and rebuild what isn't, rather than wiping the history the platform has learned from.
Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
Yes. I run campaigns for businesses in the UK, the UAE and the US, with calls and reporting arranged around your working hours.
