New Facebook Page Not Showing in Zoho CRM or Zoho Social? Here’s the Fix That Actually Worked
Quick answer: If a new Facebook Page isn’t appearing in Zoho Social or syncing to Zoho CRM even though it exists in Meta Business Suite, the cause is usually a permissions gap between your personal Facebook profile and the Zoho Social app, not a Zoho bug. Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations → Zoho Social, tick the checkbox for the specific Page under each permission category, save, then reconnect the Page from Zoho → Settings → Social Channels.
Here’s the full story, because the short version skips the part that actually matters: knowing where to look.
The problem
We’d set up a new Facebook Page inside Meta Business Suite. It was live, it had admin access assigned correctly, and it showed up fine when we logged into Facebook directly. But it was invisible everywhere it needed to be for reporting and social management: it wasn’t listed as a connectable Page in Zoho Social, and it wasn’t flowing through to Zoho CRM, which meant lead data and social activity for that Page had a gap in it from day one.
The obvious troubleshooting steps didn’t touch it. Refreshing Zoho’s connection did nothing. Removing and re-adding the Page in Meta Business Suite did nothing. Checking admin roles on the Page itself looked completely fine. On paper, everything was set up correctly on both sides, which is exactly what makes this one frustrating to search for, because most guides assume the Page itself is misconfigured. It isn’t. The problem sits somewhere most people don’t think to check: Facebook’s separate permissions layer for third-party business integrations.
Why this happens
Zoho Social doesn’t just need the Page to exist in Meta Business Suite. It needs your personal Facebook profile (the one with admin rights on the Page) to have explicitly shared that specific Page with the Zoho Social integration. Facebook manages this under a completely different settings area, Business Integrations, that lives on your personal profile, not inside the Page or Business Suite itself. Add a new Page after Zoho Social was originally connected, and Facebook doesn’t automatically extend those existing permissions to it. From Zoho’s side, the Page simply doesn’t exist yet.
The fix, step by step
This is done from your personal Facebook profile, not from the Page or Meta Business Suite.
- Log into the personal Facebook profile that has admin access to the Page.
- Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
- Find Business Integrations.
- Under Active, locate Zoho Social.

- Click View and edit.
- You’ll see a list of permissions with checkboxes for each connected Page. Make sure the checkbox for the Page you’re trying to connect is ticked under every relevant permission (Page insights, ad account access, Facebook ads and stats, manage your business, and the Instagram account if one’s linked).

- Click Save.
- Go back into Zoho: Settings → Social Channels, find the Facebook Page, and click Reconnect.
Once every relevant toggle is switched on and saved, the Page appears in Zoho Social’s connection list within a minute or two, and lead and activity data starts flowing into Zoho CRM as normal.
The result
The Page reconnected on the first attempt once the permissions were actually visible to Zoho: no re-adding, no waiting on Facebook support, no rebuilding the integration from scratch. The whole fix took under five minutes once we knew where to look. The only real cost was the time spent before that, assuming the issue was on Zoho’s end when it was sitting in a Facebook settings menu most people never open.
FAQs
Why isn’t my new Facebook Page showing up in Zoho Social?
Almost always because your personal Facebook profile hasn’t shared that specific Page with the Zoho Social business integration. Check Facebook’s Business Integrations settings before assuming it’s a Zoho-side fault.
Why won’t Zoho let me reconnect my Facebook Page even though it shows as connected?
Facebook can show an integration as “Active” while still withholding permission for a specific Page added after the integration was first set up. Re-saving permissions for that Page in Business Integrations, then reconnecting from Zoho, resolves it.
Where do I find Business Integrations in Facebook settings?
On your personal profile: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations. It’s separate from both the Page settings and Meta Business Suite, which is why it’s easy to miss.
Do I need admin access on my personal Facebook profile to fix this?
Yes. The permissions live on the profile that has admin rights to the Page, not on the Page itself or in Meta Business Suite.
What if my Page still doesn’t show after enabling permissions?
Double check every permission checkbox for that Page is ticked (not just one), save again, then fully log out and back into Zoho Social before reconnecting. If it still doesn’t appear, the Page-level admin role is worth re-checking next.
